I think we can sometimes feel that it’s hard to get to heaven.

We get tangled in our guilt or our sin, or a million other little things. We get discouraged, and tired, and that’s when fear comes in and ruins everything.

But that’s when we need to remember that Jesus is stronger than our fears and doubts. He came to prove God’s love and power once and for all by dying on the cross for our sins.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

God loves us more than we could possibly imagine.

So, don’t get hung up on your faults or get discouraged when you sin. Go to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you and make you clean.

Most importantly, don’t give up. Jesus wants us all to be with Him. “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am” (John 14:3).

We all need Jesus, and by believing in Him and knowing Him, He changes us and prepares us to live with Him forever. What a wonderful truth!
