As I write this, it is 9:59 a.m. The sun is shining. I feel great because I think of Jesus as the Sun of Righteousness.

When I look at the sunshine everywhere, I focus on Jesus, who is shining everywhere — wherever I am. He has been my Sunshine since I was ten years old. Now, many years later, He is so beautiful to me because He is here as close and warm as the sunshine.

When I think of Jesus as my Sunshine, my heart fills with His glory. His Holy Spirit uplifts me. Nothing can stop me from having Jesus, who makes me so happy all the time.

Of course, weaknesses and worries are all around me. Every hour, the daily news report is full of so much darkness. But with Jesus in my heart, I don’t mind those things. When He shines over them, all the darkness disappears.

Let Jesus shine in your heart. His light is far brighter than any light in the world! Let Him be with you all the time.

Whenever you are in a situation that crushes you down with problems inside you and around you, that is the best time to invite Jesus, the Sun of Righteousness, into your life. Without hesitation, He will shine in your heart!
