I need to grow my reliance on God and gain confidence through Him. The more I put my trust in God, the more my confidence will grow. My own self-worth will be recognized when I understand that God created me, loves me, and sees my value — so much so that He gave His only Son to die on the cross for my sins so that I can have eternal life (John 3:16).
I can rely on God more than anyone else
Psalm 118:8
It is better to take refuge in the LORD, than to put confidence in man.
I can be confident that God will hear my prayers
1 John 5:15
And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
I can be confident and bold because I have access to the Lord
