“Lord, make seeing eyes blind,” Brother Andrew prayed.

Then, in faith, he stacked his forbidden Bibles in the back seat of his car and approached the border guards for examination. Somehow, the precious, undisguised Bibles went unseen. Brother Andrew took God’s Word past the Iron Curtain.

Time and time again border guards were blinded to the illegal Bibles.

In the 1950s and 60s, Brother Andrew’s faith spread God’s Word all over hungry Poland, Moscow, China, Czechoslovakia, and Cuba.

Well into his nineties, Brother Andrew’s life was filled with stories of adventure. Without manmade weapons, God protected him over and over again.

For Joshua, God used marching feet and blaring horns to fell the walls of Jericho. For Gideon, God empowered his little army to win a fight with lanterns, pots, and trumpet blasts. For Moses, the Egyptian army drowned in the waters of the Red Sea. For Deborah, God sent a sudden storm that stuck the chariots of the Canaanite’s enemy in the mud. For Jehosophat, the Moabites and Ammonites were beaten by a worship song!

God never needs a person’s might to win a righteous battle; He needs only our mighty faith.
