The LORD, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing.
Today I want to share with you some of the words to an old, familiar hymn that I feel perfectly sums up the message in today’s verse.
“Be not dismayed what ‘ere be tied; God will take care of you. Beneath his wings of love, abide; God will take care of you. God will take care of you—through every day, o’re all the way. He will take care of you, God will take care of you.”
“All you may need He will provide, God will take care of you. Nothing you ask will be denied, God will take care of you. God will take care of you, through every day, o'er all the way; He will take care of you, God will take care of you.”
Yes, always, God will take care of me and you according to the following Bible promises.
Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.
Psalm 55:22, NLT
Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
Isaiah 46:4, NIV
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
1 Peter 5:7, NLT
Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Psalm 37:4, ESV
Pray: Father in Heaven, thank You for being the one true God—the only One who can truly care for me. In Your Son’s Name, I pray, Amen.
