“Nevertheless in your manifold mercies you didn’t make a full end of them, nor forsake them; for you are a gracious and merciful God.“
When you ask Him to, God will forgive anything and everything from your past (1 John 1:9). God will completely forgive you because He is “a gracious and merciful God.” This truth should give you a heart of gratitude that causes you to boldly hold on to the loving grace of God.
When you face one of life’s difficult trials, you know that because of God’ mercy you can boldly claim God’s promise that what is impossible for you is possible with God (Luke 18:27).
God’s plan for your life is far better than anything you can imagine (Jeremiah 29:11). He wants to bless you and be gracious to you (Number 6:24-26). Jesus also promised to erase your past and make your life truly good and abundant (John 10:10, Ephesians 2:7).
In order for these things happen you should boldly claim His wealth. Stake your claim as a child and heir of God. For by faith you are a princess or a prince of the King of Kings. And God owns the world and everything in it (Psalm 24:1).
Pray: Father, help me boldly claim the promises You have made in the Bible. In the sweetest name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.
