You have today because God has given it to you as a gift.

God loves to give His children good gifts. He never minds when we ask Him for blessings. Throughout the Scriptures, God is clear: as the Supreme Ruler of all creation, He longs to partner with us, to give us power and blessings beyond our wildest imaginations (Ephesians 3:20). He has gifts He is ready to pour out on us, if only we trust Him (Malachi 3:10).

He wants to work in us and through us. Every day of life is cause for rejoicing!

Yesterday is gone. It is history and cannot be redone. But today is another opportunity to rejoice and be glad. It is another opportunity to join forces with all the hosts of heaven to spread the Good News of Jesus and His unfailing love.

Today, you can rejoice and be glad because you are saved by the blood of Jesus. No matter what difficulties you are facing, they are temporary; they fade away like mist when compared to an eternity of heaven. Praise God!

If, however, you have not accepted Jesus as your Savior, please don’t keep putting it off. There is no better day than today to begin your new life in Jesus.
