Recently, I found that I was focusing on myself and my surroundings. I felt overwhelmed with sorrows, uncertainties, pain, and seemly impossible situations all around me.

This morning, I remembered Jesus’ promise in John 16:22. So, instead of looking at the negatives, I decided to focus on Jesus.

That’s it! This is the secret you and I have. The answer to all our problems is Jesus.

When I started talking with Jesus, I thanked Him for what He has done for my salvation and joy.

His love for us led Him to come on earth as a human. He died on the cross to pay the penalty for all the sins of the world. Now He is praying for you and me (Romans 8:34).

He is here beside me. Through the Holy Spirit, I feel His presence with me. As the verse says, when He sees me, my heart rejoices. No one will take away my joy from me.

Jesus is with you now.

Go out with Jesus. Stand tall with Him. Walk with Him. Rejoice in Him. You can do everything with Jesus. He is your strength (Philippians 4:13). He is your closest friend and ready to provide you anything you need. He is the ultimate source of your joy.
