The will to win is not taught in any school or college anywhere in the world. We must trust in God and have confidence that with Him all things are possible.

I went to work at a large factory that employed 1,400 people, spending thirteen years running machinery, driving a forklift, and becoming a quality inspector. The company needed a quality supervisor, which was a management position. When I applied, I was selected and awarded the job.

Inspectors in one part of the plant did not have adequate instructions to do a good job. I worked with them, documenting what they did, taking pictures. Almost a year later, we had put together an excellent pictorial instruction book that most everyone had told us we could not accomplish.

I attended a two-week class on becoming a certified quality engineer. Several people told me not to expect to pass the test, since I had no degree. A co-worker with a master’s degree attended class with me. He failed the test, but I passed and was promoted.

God gives us confidence and hope where there is no reason for either.

Sometimes it takes a lifetime to realize that almost nothing comes by chance. Call upon God today for strength and confidence to move forward.
