Jesus said to them, “Fill the water pots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim. He said to them, “Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast.” So they took it. When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn’t know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew).
In the village of Cana, at the wedding feast, Jesus said, “Fill the waterpots with water.” So, workers filled the water to the brim of all six stone water jars, each holds 20 or 30 gallons. After that Jesus says, “Dip some out and take it to the ruler of the feast.”
The ruler tastes the water that is now wine, says, “What a great wine it is!” “Call the host of the wedding feast. Usually, a host gives the most expensive wine at the end of the feast. Why does this host give the best now?”
It was the first miracle Jesus performed. Jesus wants you to remember that when you have anything to celebrate, or when something good happens to you, He wants you to invite Him to celebrate with you. If you do, He can make a miracle for you, too!
Pray: Jesus, I invite you today to my life. Make each moment of today Your miracle. In Your name, I pray, Amen.
